To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must include all original tags, packaging, and accessories.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items
- Items marked “non-returnable” at checkout
Items returned that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If you haven’t received your refund after this period, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.
5. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us before returning your product. We will confirm product availability and provide exchange instructions.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with clear photos of the product and packaging.
We will replace the item or issue a full refund as soon as possible.
